Here's a mock-vignette about alien-contact with Earth/humanity based on a purely capitalism-paranoia angle.
This gibberish-tale was inspired by the culture-dystopian film Mars Attacks!
I like using storytelling to make myself more optimistic about the commerce-dreamcasting of 'TrumpUSA.'

Cyclonus, Scourge, and Soundwave travelled to Earth from their home planet of Cybertron. When they landed on Earth, they greeted President Donald Trump at the White House in Washington, D.C. (the capital of America!) and started understanding the politics of capitalism which governed human civilization (arguably) in the 21st Century. Trump noticed how Cyclonus was more like Scourge in one respect (the two were more interested in piracy) and how Cyclonus was more like Soundwave in another respect (the two were more interested in socialism). Trump made this differentiation in his mind, since all three (Cyclonus, Scourge, and Soundwave) were 'Decepticon' robots interested in the 'diversification' of profiteerism-politics.
TrumpUSA could very much be described as a profiteerism-pyramid or consumerism-consciousness state, so Trump wanted to confirm that the alien perspectives of these visiting Decepticon robots could be coordinated with America's view of marketing-gauged 'friendship' (e.g., European Union, NATO, etc.). As a human being, Trump was very cautious about making civil contracts with alien-robot beings who may decide at one point to take over the Earth in some coup meant to create a more aggressive form of Machiavellian capitalism. That's why he kept secret notes regarding the alliances and biases between the three Decepticons (and how Cyclonus might side with Scourge more regarding governance decision-making).
When the Decepticons stated making unruly advances towards martial law on Earth, Trump decided to tactically drive a political 'wedge' between the three (Cyclonus, Scourge, and Soundwave). He approached Cyclonus and told him that a market-contract between JVC (a stereo company) and Samsung (a TV and phone company) would draw his friend Soundwave into a lucrative deal regarding the compatibility of companies in consumer electronics. Trump then approached Scourge and told him that forging a special 'side-deal' between JVC and Nokia (a phone company) would offer more 'focused' capitalism decision-making. When Cyclonus went to Scourge and told him, "Samsung also invests in TV, which we should investigate for JVC's portfolio!", Scourge was frustrated/anxious and replied, "I think we should simply stick to companies that make very different products in consumer electronics and can therefore form profitable LLCs or partnerships."
Trump convinced Cyclonus that Scourge was too insistent that diversification in the marketplace according to product similarities between companies (e.g., home entertainment systems) was the key to capitalism-governance and simultaneously convinced Soundwave that Cyclonus was too insistent that diversification in the marketplace according to product differentiation (e.g., phones vs. stereos) was the key to capitalism-branching. When Cyclonus, Scourge, and Soundwave began arguing too much about the role of capitalism (whether it was more for business or more for creativity), Trump realized he was able to use humanity's shrewdness regarding the pragmatism of marketing meditation to create personality-biased political paranoia.
CYCLONUS: These humans have managed to drive a wedge between us with 'capitalism word-play'!
SCOURGE: Americans are definitely shrewd about profit-driven 'intelligence.'
SOUNDWAVE: I wonder why industrialization has created so much waste...
CYCLONUS: It seems to me if we stay on Earth and continue to mingle with humans, we'll become insane.
SCOURGE: That's right. America (Earth's leading 'commercial empire') is too sensitive about capitalism.
SOUNDWAVE: I think we should return to Cybertron and simply report that humanity is Machiavellian.
CYCLONUS: Imagine if humanity was more sensitive about the European Union than NATO.
SCOURGE: Unfortunately, these humans are obsessed with monetary imagination...
SOUNDWAVE: We'll become paranoid about Machiavellian biases if we continue to mingle with humans!
