You all got to check this out - a funny as hell video of an actual Coffee Party "session".

The glum looks.

The nervous laughter.

At times, the outright depression.

These poor people are so out of the mainstream and they are just aware enough to know it. That's gotta be a very tough reality to have to live in day in and day out. It would appear tea is kicking coffee's ass this go 'round...:eusa_angel:

This is a hoot. A couple of observations:

- The Focus Group leader manipulated the "support the President" goal (actually cut off the guy who said something to the effect of supporting Obama's original agenda vs. what is going on today).

- What a wonkfest! This tiny group made a giant laundry list of every big government thing they could think of. The Tea Party has, over time, focused on a few key big themes: cutting spending, reducing debt, defending The Constitution, and limiting the scope of government.

- The collective mindset is very apparent. Groups were establish to Agree on what their signs should say. If a movement can't trust people have their own voices; it's not much of a movement.

Considering how depressed all these people appear to be, their time would be better off getting in a good work out and pumping up their endorphin levels.

These people are so pathetic that an MDMA-Cocaine-Yohimbine cocktail wouldn't arouse them.

Coffee definitely is known to cause a movement...and apparently no one in that room had had their movement yet. And what a movement it will be! They are so full of shit!

That video of these earnest liberals wringing their hands over reaching consensus on what signs they would hold up is so funny it borders on tragic.

Only in a country that has provided so much to so many for so little are examples such as these allowed to function - albeit in such a pathetic and depressed manner.

At least none of their meeting or signage was paid for by the RNC or DNC. It is sad that the Tea Baggers cannot say the same. Sellouts suck.

LOL

The RNC is carrying water for the Tea Party

You get it wrong every time but you're vehement about being wrong that it's hysterical to watch

I think their time would be better spent drinking a hot toddy.

And in another thread it was proven the creator of this sad "grass roots" coffee party attempt has been immersed in Democrat Party activism for a number of years now. It's pretty much all she does...

Does anyone else find it odd the people who support the government and have the president they want want to try and form a 'protest' group?
