They did NOT FILE A SUIT, they filed a MOTION..... for the jurors names and for sealed documents of the trial that were not available to the press during the trial

Which is common practice for high profile cases and supported by supreme court decisions over the years....

NEITHER the Manafort Defense lawyers or the prosecutors objected to the MOTION.
