CNN: Michael Cohen in talks to plead guilty to criminal charges

The issues in this country go far beyond Trump, so if the left thinks that the fight ends with the destruction of Trump or anyone else that is on the right side of the issues in this country, then it better guess again because illegal immigration, and every other issue bothering this natiin will be pounded and pounded into submission ultimately.

Trump got the ball to rolling, and it won't stop now.

Trump and the republicans need to put an immediate end to the anarchy and chaos going on in this country, and laws need to be passed quickly in order to lay out exactly what the consequences of anarchy will be if the destabilizing of this nation by radical groups continues.

Cohen has bound Trump with the law

Trump will not escape

The left cheering blackmale and extortion is flat out right amazing, and shows the desperation of the left to void an election.

The left thinks that it is acting in a checks and balances way, but no one is fooled by their antics. Trump has been checked by the proper tools built into the system, and that's why we have no astronomical amount of money for a wall yet, but here the left is championing a sex scandal in hopes it will weaken this government body, and it's ability to serve the people in this country as it was chartered to do.

He just refuses to go further left with you fools.
Which is another stupid thing for you to say. Nothing he is saying is "conservative", nor is the Cohen guilty plea "liberal". You Trump cultists left the conservative reservation long ago.

Foremost, Cohen has no credibility.

Let Mark Levin educate you morons who think even Cohen committed a crime, more less Trump

Look, retard. One does not plead guilty to a crime they didn't commit.

Do you actually believe that Cohen, his lawyers, the prosecutors and the judge all made a mistake?

Are you actually dumb enough to suggest such a thing?

He did it to avoid additional prison time. He would have never been convicted by a jury. Don't be such a partisan hack

-Geaux

Brain-dead sycophant — if he never would have been convicted by a jury, he would have faced a jury instead of taking a plea deal.

It’s like you have no common sense at all. :eusa_doh:

Even Alan Dershowitz is saying there is no crime. They threw Cohen a bone to lie and turn on Trump

-Geaux

He said no such thing. What he actually said was that Cohen didn't present any evidence to support his claims and that due to Cohen's own credibility issues, impeachment is not on the table based on Cohen's claims.

But Dershowitz, as great an attorney as he is, fucked this one up anyway as he pointed out Trump, contributing the hush money to his own campaign, had no limitations to how much he could spend. While this is true, Dershowitz failed to mention that not reporting the money, which Trump did not report, is a crime. So Trump is likely facing some form of penalty (most likely a fine and not impeachment), despite Dershowitz's opinion.

Oh, nooos .... :ack-1:

Conservatives bash Cohen as a liar and take OrangeJezus’s word as gospel.

Didn’t see that coming.

:lmao:
Liberals bash MAGA...didn’t see that coming.
No we don’t. We believe AWAG.
Of course in your view welfare, food stamps and lowered educational standards are great.
True, I believe we, as a society, should help out those who need it. AWAG, baby!
Thanks for admitting Liberals want lower educational standards.
I never admitted any such thing. Sadly, you're hallucinating again. :(

Of course he would have been convicted. Hence the deal.

No, the deal was to save him additional years unless he he agreed to turn on Trump. He was only trying to save his ass while pleasing Mueller

You're incoherent. You said he would never have been convicted by a jury -- meaning he would have served zero years had he fought it in court if you were even close to lucid.

You're actually claiming he took a deal to reduce his sentence when he could have had no sentence had he fought it in court.

You rightwing freaks don't know if you're coming or going. :cuckoo:

Some attorneys practicing on cable news and Brietbart argue Cohen didn't violate any campaign laws. The attorneys (and judge) practicing in the US Courthouse took a different view.

Bad luck for Cohen.

You're floundering as badly as Trump.

You are the master of admittance by omission.

Says Mr. Omission, indeependent. You said Manafort and Cohen would get away clean. Did they?

Why would he have to report spending his own money?
Because it represents a campaign expenditure.
No it doesn't.

-Geaux
Says you. The law and the courts just saod otherwise. I think I'll go with the experts over a Trump cultist
Experts ????? You do realize that there is no such thing anymore in our political world right ??? There is only political jockying and extreme bias now. No true unbiased experts allowed.

These aren't politicians. They are judges and prosecutors. And the laws are what they are. Trump is clearly wholly ignorant of them (yet another in a long list of Trump's job duties of which is he wholly ignorant).

Election law says that any donation of $200 or more MUST be reported, even for a candidate contributing to his/her own campaign. At this point, it is unknown whether or not Trump reported his contributions to the Trump campaign, or even if the money he used to pay back Cohen came from the campaign or through some other channel. Just because Cohen said it doesn't make it true. Doesn't make it false either, but I see no reason to jump the gun here, it's all gonna come out in the wash. It is that hard to wait for the facts to be revealed?
