CNN Reporter Falsely Claims Republicans Funded Trump-Russia Dossier [VIDEO]

"CNN justice correspondent Evan Perez falsely told his network’s viewers on Tuesday that anti-Trump Republicans first funded the infamous Trump-Russia dossier, much of which remains unverified.

Perez has
close ties to the cofounders of Fusion GPS, the firm behind the dossier, which CNN failed to disclose.

That “fact” cited by Perez — that anti-Trump Republicans originally funded the dossier — has been ruled “
false” by fact-checkers.

CNN has repeatedly misinformed its viewers about the dossier’s origins.

Perez’s error on Tuesday is at least the third time that the network has
falsely told its audience that Republicans originally funded the dossier."

When all roads lead to Russia you find someone familiar with Russia. We all know many Russians bought apts in Trump Tower and Muslims from Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

The Washington Free Beacon, a conservative site, paid for the initial probe that lead to the dossier.

The only liar is you

Put up the evidence to back your claim, snowflake, or shut up. As the link / article states THE GOP did not pay for the dossier. YOU even admit that in your attack...

No, it didn’t. They paid for public research, and it had concluded, with nothing to do with a dossier, Russia, or otherwise. You guys will lie and lie and lie or are really dense and fall for any lie the dnc feeds ya, even when evidence otherwise is presented to you.

There is nothing here that is new. The dossier may have been initiated after Clinton starting paying for the oppo research, but a Republican running against Trump in the primaries initially opened the account for oppo research by Fusion.
So what's your big point?

Your own link says this:

While part of the material may have been gathered by Fusion GPS when the firm was bankrolled by a Republican client during the primary

Look at the damn dates. They (dnc) lied that story to the press to take the heat off of their own guilt. Evidence of facts since then dispute their lies.
Dense it is, believing everything you are fed without following it up. No surprise here.

Fusion GPS and the Washington Free Beacon - Washington Free Beacon

Since its launch in February of 2012, the Washington Free Beacon has retained third party firms to conduct research on many individuals and institutions of interest to us and our readers. In that capacity, during the 2016 election cycle we retained Fusion GPS to provide research on multiple candidates in the Republican presidential primary, just as we retained other firms to assist in our research into Hillary Clinton. All of the work that Fusion GPS provided to the Free Beacon was based on public sources, and none of the work product that the Free Beacon received appears in the Steele dossier. The Free Beacon had no knowledge of or connection to the Steele dossier, did not pay for the dossier, and never had contact with, knowledge of, or provided payment for any work performed by Christopher Steele. Nor did we have any knowledge of the relationship between Fusion GPS and the Democratic National Committee, Perkins Coie, and the Clinton campaign.

CNN just got busted pushing more fake news...as usual.

'That “fact” cited by Perez — that anti-Trump Republicans originally funded the dossier — has been ruled “false” by fact-checkers.'

Even if you are a snowflake who refuses to believe the political entity that is the GOP did not fund the initial dossier research, the FACT is only HILLARY, COMEY, OBAMA, and the DNC broke Election Campaign law by using data / information obtained from a foreign agent in a US election.

As opposed to evidence proving that Comey, Hillary, Obama, and the DNC paid for and ILLEGALLY USED information from a foreign agent in a US election....
