Bundy was arrested on Wednesday night and appeared before the court on Thursday. He requested court-appointed counsel.

Define "initial hearing." What "hearing" are you looking for? Or are you thinking about an arraignment?

I think ol' Cliven is going to get a lot of hearings. Until the day that he croaks in a federal prison cell. And there will be hearings on how to dispose of the Bundy's properties in order to pay back some of the bills their illegal actions have cost the taxpayers.
