Clintons exploiting loopholes to bypass high estate taxes which they strongly support

Seven of the top 10 are democrats.

Meet the Top 10 Richest Members of Congress - ABC News

Hur hur fucking dur! Good one, subversive! You're smart.

Who wrote the tax code? Poor people on food stamps? No, it was rich people who can afford high-priced tax attorneys to find and exploit all of the little loopholes that rich people wrote into the tax code. Money doesn't care what political party you identify with. There are only two political parties in the US- rich and poor.

No you Jackass, it was lobbyists with help from their DONOR BOUGHT Subversive Democarts.... Look up who is the richest in Congress, and let us all know! :cuckoo:
I'm not sure. This one says that it's Republican Michael McCall, R- Texas.

No problem with the Clintons doing whatever the tax laws allow to protect their wealth from the government parasites. Lots of us above the threshold do it and honestly I don't get why everyone wouldn't want to, but it's their choice to make.

The obvious problem here though is the disconnect between what the Clintons have inferred by their public statements and what they're really doing, although many on the left won't see it. Which is par for the course.

I don't see the disconnect. I never thought the Clintons espoused class warfare. Quite the opposite. The criticism of Hill was that she didn't do more pro woman worker activism while on Wal-Mart's board, and Slick never had a problem with Wall Street. This thread tries to impute some dislike of wealth, or socialism bullshit, on the Clintons. That's just not there.

Again, the Estate Tax is not based on class warfare, it's based on a view that an oligarchy is unhealthy. And frankly bill gates' kid will not suffer anyway. No one hates her for having successful parents.

Hill's primary problem will be connecting to the younger voters who have high student debt and who really do have a gripe with Wall St. Whether their gripes are valid or not.

It is an old quote from a presidential race which involved the last democratic agriculture candidate for president that ran against the first GOP corporate candidate for president.
It has been repeated for over one hundred years. Do I believe what politicians say or do to get where they want, no..

The women's movement is still strong, even on the GOP side..

It's not whether you win or lose, but how you play the game......bull shit....

tax avoision at it's best....learn the game folks....that is why it's there...

Unless your Mitt Romney... then you're evil, out of touch and should not be allowed to be President or even keep your money.

(Disclaimer: I don't like nor did I vote for that shit stain Mitt Romney)

The Clintons are very sleazy dishonest people. Let's hope & pray Americans vote against them returning to power.

I wanted to vote for Mitt. But, if a guy can't disclose his taxes, he's crooked even if legal. Plus, he never repudiated the 47% crap. The difference between the gop and dems used to be that the gop had no problem with govt aid, so long as the end result was jobs .... rather than UI forever, money for unwed mothers with no husbands and jobs, and housing aid in West Va and the Miss Delta. Now, a goper seems to need to hate govt in order to prove he hates govt.

And, Mitt's wealth will be protected through various family trusts and having his kids on his books. But, again, aside from the very left wing, I don't see how the dems object to a wealthy parent leaving his kid(s) well off.

It's pretty even between republicans and democrats if you look at the richest in congress.
