Couple of new shows have been on recently about this that you would might like. First was Stossel's new weekly show. He opened with the globul warming issue. It was interesting how even the worst case scenarios the IPCC has reported could hold some considerable benefits. It also highlighted what have said before and that is the global warming alarmists suffer from an amazing lack of perspective. If you really want to help the impoverished of the world combat global warming would be at teh bottom of this list and in many cases would only make things worse for them.

The other show is Jess's new one Conspiracy Theory. He did one on globul warming as well, but had more do with the ridiculous amounts of money that some greenies will make perpetuating this lie.

No carbon footprint there. Heck places where ice and snow are now were tropical in our earths history. Do we humans have any impact. Thats the big question, the why?? The ice has come and gone many times in Earths history. They had a summer in the 1300 where it snowed, crops died and people starved to death. Yes, that is all true.

But I think the sensible approach is to define first what is happening, and I think most people are up to speed on that now - glaciers ARE melting, ocean PH IS changing, polar ice IS melting, and ocean levels ARE rising.

That we know.

The why may take another 20 years to define with any certainty.

I think the sensible approach is so shift into renewable energies and abandon outdated technologies like coal. We need to replace the old internal combustion engine.

Because even if we find out in the year 2100 that this is a natural change, I can't see the harm in us using cleaner, safer energies or more efficient energies. We'll run out of oil one day anyway, after all.

I have said all along that all you have to do is go and do some research to see who it is behind all this hysterical "Global Warming" fear mongering and there is where you will find all the answers you need.
