Watchdog: Clinton, top aides did not comply on records policy

blames “longstanding, systemic weaknesses” for preserving federal records at the State Department “that go well beyond the tenure of any one secretary of State.” Dozens of State Department officials were found to have used personal email accounts for official business.

Former Secretary Colin Powell was also faulted for not handing over emails when he left office.

Looks like it's the fault of the State Department more than anyone else. Don't they have a responsibility to set things up? That's how IT works where I work. What company leaves IT up to the people who work there?

That's a pretty weak defense.

1. It makes a false comparison between a Sec State who used a private server for some emails and one that deliberately AVOIDED government secured networks.
2. It tries to make the case that Hillary was too stupid to realize that she was putting classified information at risk, despite the training she had.
3. It tries to make the case the Hillary just didn't understand that she was supposed to turn over ALL official correspondence upon leaving office, not years after the fact and only after personally purging emails she did not want to turn over.

Basically, it doesn't defend Hillary much at all.

Hillary left her IT up to a janitor in a closet in an unsecured facility.

You were saying?

So the State Department let's anyone do anything they want? Doesn't bother explaining rules or regulations? And why was it OK for Colin Powell and Condi Rice?

Oh, that's right. The rules for Republicans and Democrats are "different".-

Which was the larger investigation? The one on why we went into Iraq, the one on Bill's BJ, Benghazi or Hillary's emails?

Which one was the most damaging to the US?

Powell or Rice running for the nation's highest office? Well, I guess we shouldn't vote for them, huh?

They were both secretary of state, just like Hillary.

Rules are different for them. They even lied America into Iraq. But hey, it's OK. They're Republicans. The GOP doesn't need to follow the rules.

Can't we get them to answer?

The Iraq debacle

Bill's BJ

The hundreds of young Americans that died under Reagan in Lebanon

Benghazi

Hillary's emails

Letting Bin Laden go after 9/11

Were all of these investigated? And if so, list the least money spent on investigations to the most money spent of taxpayer money in investigations.

If I had to guess, from the least expensive to the most:

Letting Bin Laden go after 9/11

The hundreds of young Americans that died in Lebanon

The Iraq debacle

Benghazi

Hillary's emails

The most money spent: Bills BJ.

From least investigated and least money spent to most.

And that gives us a good idea about what Republicans think about America and it's safety.
