Well do you think Bubba, seeing as how he had protested his own country's policies on foriegn soil instead of coming back home to do it, had in a way disqualified himself from the office of POTUS given the obvious lack of judgement and spinelessness?

I don't feel that way at all, much like I don't feel that GW's non combat experience or prior drug and alcohol abuse should disqualify him.
