Clinton Foundation is running out of money?

Reported on Fox that the Clinton Foundation is begging for money because they are running out of money and they want yours. Question is what did they do with the cash they got from Russia and Billy's speech in Russia? No accounting on what the millions were spent on and how much did they get out of the Foundation.

I read something today about a guy who signed up to give ten bucks a month to the clinton foundation. When he tried to undo that monthly gift, the foundation wouldn't allow it. There are lots of gift givers like him. The Clinton's will be OK.
