Did you miss the portion of the story that said it was a curriculum-driven agenda, in the case of the anal-sex poster, and how the superintendent knew and allowed the brochures to be circulated in the classroom (use your head to give head yay!) of the children in the other case? The superintendent is also being investigated in that case.
