Ah culture! Last week was really great at the school I mostly sub at. Tuesday was the 'art fair' with only the best of the best winning awards. They only displayed the top 15 submissions from each genre, as the school has over 2000 kids. Really amazing what 14-18 year olds can do with photography, photoshop, ceramics, drawing, and paint.

Thursday was the faculty breakfast, I was invited. Woot! Catered and absolutely delicious, but the best thing was the entertainment. Madrigals singing carols and Show Choir performing popular Christmas songs. Delightful! I miss that with my daughter out of university now, I really meant to go to one of the programs at local university and got too busy. Was so glad to catch this.
