Is capitalism a 'beatific diorama'?

What do you think?

Do you like capitalism? Do you like TrumpUSA? After the New England Patriots, led by legendary QB Tom Brady, captured their whopping 6th Super Bowl title this year, marketing execs were all taking about the advertising advantages of newfound New England Clam Chowder (a regional delicacy which has become an American 'trophy') imagery. Brady may do for clam chowder what Michael Jordan (NBA) did for breakfast cereal and Nike shoes(!). This is capitalism at its finest, and critics of America want to see evidence of commerce tempered by considerations about world hygiene and fitness and modesty!

That's where we find two intriguing modern-day American 'media diplomats.' The first is an idealistic Internet-blogging Ivy League professor and self-proclaimed 'democracy-vigilante' named Ajay Satan who writes about pornography/censorship in the age of media and TrumpUSA. The other is a Buccaneers (NFL) cheerleader named Tamara Goodchild who is very talented and equally attractive and a huge fan of sports-culture and consumerism/marketing in America and can tell you a zillion facts about the sports-marketing film Jerry Maguire (Tom Cruise). Ajay and Tamara (aka, 'Tammy') want to work together on a new Florida seafood food-truck to spread the fanfare base of Patriots fans who want to relish New England Clam Chowder to celebrate their team dominating in Super Bowls in the new millennium. Will these two 'capitalism-idealists' (Ajay and Tammy) become TrumpUSA gods?

Ajay and Tammy decided to make a special contract with a highly-skilled New England seafood chef named Todd England who specializes in clam chowder. England will prepare zesty bowls of New England Clam Chowder which Ajay and Tammy will sell out of their seafood-truck in Florida during Miami Dolphins (NFL) games and for other occasions. Perhaps Tammy will sell some novelty item when her Buccaneers team play in Miami this NFL season [2019]. If England prepares the right flavor of clam chowder for Florida's various football fans, Ajay and Tammy's seafood-truck will become a terrific 'trophy' of capitalism diarism this year...

Ajay and Tammy decided to call their seafood-truck the Island Girl Seafood, and it is as professional as it is aesthetically charming, hailing to the imagery characteristic of beach life in places like Florida and Hawaii. As the 2019 NFL season opened, Island Girl Seafood became a huge sensation, and residents of Florida who traveled to the Dolphins stadium to see their games this year commented to the press and in reviews that Ajay and Tammy's seafood-truck was the best thing to happen to pre-NFL game lot/party/gathering scenes since the 1980s performance-art antics of the great Evil Knievel. Suddenly, capitalism and the NFL were wed beautifully. Jerry Maguire would have been proud...

Of course, we all know Tom Cruise from another film/work about hospitality and consumerism --- Cocktail. In this film, the super-star Cruise plays a hip new bartender on an island trying to court a romance. We get a nice sense of hospitality, commerce, the bar 'bazaar' and of course, American idealism. Ajay and Tammy decide to rent Cocktail one night on Netflix and begin to comment on how Island Girl Seafood just might do for the NFL what the iconic Bud Bowl (a game/contest between Budweiser and Bud Light during the Super Bowl --- a very fancy ad!) did for television --- provide real civilization commentary(!). President Trump might tweet, "I love it when sports and consumerism enhance/complement the daydreams of Americans."

Of course, the Devil (Satan) watched all these intriguing developments and wanted to challenge and confound the idealism/optimism of the involved Americans (Ajay, Tammy, Cruise, Dolphins players/cheerleaders, etc.). Satan emerged from Hell and visited Ajay and Tammy in a dream and persuaded them to visit Tom Cruise and ask him to endorse their seafood-truck in a media interview if they promised to connect their consumerism-spirit to Cruise's love of Scientology/Dianetics. Ajay and Tammy did just that, and Cruise agreed, thrilled that there was a Florida food-truck merchant interested in merging seafood-marketing with Cruise's personal love of Scientology in the media. Satan managed to prove a clever point --- commerce creates strange 'vanity bedfellows.'

However, God sent his archangel Michael to challenge this 'trick' posed by Satan. Michael disguised himself as a comic book superhero named 'Klaw' and visited Island Girl Seafood during a Dolphins-Buccaneers game in Florida during the 2019 NFL season(!). Klaw claimed to Satan that the successes of Ajay and Tammy reflected new age patriots' interests in combining capitalism with rhetoric and not profit with propaganda. Who was right, Satan or Klaw? Regardless, Tom Cruise mentioned Ajay and Tammy's food truck in a media interview in which he stated that Island Girl Seafood is a fan-favorite among Scientologists who love football games in Florida. At the very least, commerce was seeing new kinds of 'capitalism-creatures'! Is this why terrorists destroyed the World Trade Center on 9/11?

Ajay's sister Elisha decided to host her own cooking show on the Cooking Channel (TV) after graduating from Johnson & Wales University and studying with celebrity-chef Tyler Florence. Elisha prepared all kinds of Mediterranean fare, but at her brother's request, she decided to present various show-episodes about various renditions of New England Clam Chowder, as a special 'toast' to Brady's Patriots winning 6 Super Bowls in this new millennium(!). Elisha's cooking-show, The Delicious Chef, received rave reviews and was mentioned in a food magazine article by a renowned critic and then mentioned again by, you guessed it, Tom Cruise, who talked about the new age links in media between Scientology and ethnic cuisine.

TRUMP: I love Island Girl Seafood!
CARTER: Ajay Satan was an Ivy League radical blogger...
TRUMP: Now, he's running a pro-NFL food-truck with a Bucs cheerleader!
CARTER: Yes, Ajay and Tammy are an 'American ornament.'

SATAN: I will keep my conviction that capitalism is piracy...
KLAW: No; Island Girl Seafood is a terrific modern-day prayer.
SATAN: What do you have against a little 'piracy message'?
KLAW: There's something 'insidious' about commercial subversion!
SATAN: Well, at least we'll always talk about films like Casino (Robert De Niro).
KLAW: If the Dolphins win the Super Bowl, you owe me some clam chowder.
