Does someone propose that to get a free home, that they expect the homeless to work on the ship, and since their room and food are free, they put weir wages in a savings account so when they reach a certain amount, they leave the ship and allow another homeless go through the cruise ship home?

My thought was "This is a cruise line that's going bankrupt and want the government to buy it and keep it up.

Put any restrictions on it and the Ship will be empty they would much rather be "free" and get free shit than have some steward tell them to clean their room. It would be a fucking nightmare! Drug addicted mentally ill people who don't play well with others all thrown together on a ship. Better Idea Invite all the Brainiacs who even think this is a solution onto the ship for a tour then take it out and Scuttle it. Part of the problem solved!

You mean like at a health clinic ! Set up a free needle station and a place for them to shoot up other than the sidewalks while you're at it. Someone sees a way to just screw the tax payers and make a bazillion dollars from the Govt. Who's paying for this! Oh that's right the TAX PAYERS. Bad Idea! Really Really bad idea, But the bright side is all the smell would be out near the ocean. Wait till they start dumping the Toilets in SF BAY. 1000 people produce about 50,000 pounds of waste per day. That may not be accurate but I bet it's close!
