Interesting return to the high concept of "Mr Smith Goes to Washington." out of Korea. It is a really great romance, and there is all kinds of fun stuff going on, but it really is a great lesson in practical politics.

Essentially a low level city clerk runs against a corrupt administration and wins, but at a high personal cost.

One very interesting thing that makes the drama twice as thought provoking is that the villain of the series is actually on the side of the angels, politicly. The heroine, until she actually meets him, was a big fan of his, and his words inspired her to run and win.

A very good show, and well worth your time.
