So, PI insists that I'm no longer an American; did Congress pass an illegal bill requiring everyone to renew their citizenship or something?

I have heard of people losing their state citizenship, by moving or for some state specific obscure reason like if you live in South Carolina you have to be able to put a car on blocks in the front yard. Or maybe you've heard that you have to own a gun to live in Arizona......
'course one could simply move to another state, not sure how you lose your US citizenship on a message board.....
