The same tobacco industry that is trying to get the FDA to back off it's products is pushing it to regulate or ban E-cigs, it's nothing but a game. I currently use a vaporized nicotine device and haven't smoked real tobacco in a long time.

No one is inflicting anything on anyone. That's where you Big Government Socialists/Progressives always go wrong. Smoking a Cigar is very relaxing and enjoyable for Millions of Americans. They're not being forced by anyone to smoke them. It's just something they enjoy. And I also don't think you know anything about Cigars. Your rant pretty much proves that. Banning things is all the rage with today's Socialists/Progressives. Hopefully we can reverse this awful course they've put us on but i'm not too optimistic about that. Big Government is only getting bigger. And i just don't get why so many want that. It only goes against their own self-interests in the end. Their mentality is so bizarre.

Its the precedent of basing laws like this to either protect the dumber portion of the population from themselves, or protect a certain select group, usually "the children"

Some people ages 18-21 can't control themselves when using alcohol, so ALL people 18-21 shouldnt be able to drink. 25% of the population cannot sucessfully use a cell phone and drive at the same time, so EVERYONE shouldn't be able to do it. Some people are reckless assholes when driving with a .08 BAC so EVERYONE is DWI when thier blood alcohol reads above that level.
