It is clear that Libyan leader Momar Qaudffi is insane. The CIA has now a golden oppertunity to dislodge this mad man before he unleashes chemical or biological weapons
of mass distruction, that he says he has.

The CIA must arm all Libyan rebels, before Qaudaffi can release these chemical or biological weapons upon his own people. This must be done very soon.
