Chrysler Lost $4 Billion by 1rst quarter 2010

Then

Chrysler Posts $652-Million Loss in 2010

We have forever lost $2 billion in taxpayer money on this Chrysler bailout. There was nearly $2 billion in taxpayer money that was wiped out when old Chrysler went bankrupt. Chrysler Group LLC is technically a different company. Not only that but the new Chrysler Group LLC borrowed the money it paid the government from banks that were bailed out by & borrowed the money from the government. DOH!!! Chrysler Group LLC has lost $4+ billion since the bailout. Do you really think those new loans will be repaid?

Chrysler leads the US industry in sales growth in November 2011

November 2011 was another good month for the American automotive industry but the king of the hill was the Chrysler Group with a 45% increase over November 2010 - making the smallest of the Detroit Big 3 the strongest brand in terms of growth last month.

And just think; they could have been a few years in the grave.

New news trumps old news - I win!

Every other government in the world supports its manufacturing sector except the United States.

We encourage companies to ship jobs overseas.

Just ask Mitt Romney.

No it's regarding the same topic--so I want an answer.

While you're touting Obama for bailing out the auto unions--why is it fair to use taxpayer dollars to bail them out--yet we won't bail out the airline companies.

American Airlines just claimed bankruptcy.

EXPLAIN what is fair about that?

Oh please. Our govt has implemented policy, after policy, after "free trade" agreements (that are hardly fair to us at all) at the detriment of US manufacturing. What do you propose? Even more subsidies? Or that the govt just acquire that entire sector altogether?
