Christie: New Jersey Residents Can Vote By Email Or Fax

Registered voters can email or fax a request for a ballot, they will receive a ballot via email or fax back to them, BUT they must fill out the ballot and return it to the board of elections by Tuesday....that sounds like they have to manually fill it out and return it to them....NOT VIA email, but in person??

That would make more sense.

Yes, without this collaboration, Romney was almost certain to win New Jersey.
