"An immensely important Christian shrine, thought to be on the site where Jesus Christ spoke to the prophets Elijah and Moses, was robbed and vandalized in a brazen attack, officials announced Tuesday."

JC talked to Elijah and Moses? In Israel? When was that?

He didn't speak to them in Israel. He spoke to them in Palestine as stated in the Bible Matthew 17:3.

What Palestine? Are you referring to the Palestine in Israel?

No. Palestine the Roman province. There was no Israel. Israel disappeared in about 722 BC, we are talking of around year 0 (zero) in the Christian calendar, more than 7 centuries later. Do read up on real history rather than the Zionist fantasies you believe are fact.

LOL! "Israel disappeared"? Good one Monte.

Of course it disappeared, in 722 BC. Why do you insist on proclaiming your ignorance?

LIAR here is the whole chapter for you to fing the word palestine

Matthew 17New International Version (NIV)
The Transfiguration
17 After six days Jesus took with him Peter, James and John the brother of James, and led them up a high mountain by themselves. 2 There he was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as the light. 3 Just then there appeared before them Moses and Elijah, talking with Jesus.

4 Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you wish, I will put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.”

5 While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!”

6 When the disciples heard this, they fell facedown to the ground, terrified. 7 But Jesus came and touched them. “Get up,” he said. “Don’t be afraid.” 8 When they looked up, they saw no one except Jesus.

9 As they were coming down the mountain, Jesus instructed them, “Don’t tell anyone what you have seen, until the Son of Man has been raised from the dead.”

10 The disciples asked him, “Why then do the teachers of the law say that Elijah must come first?”

11 Jesus replied, “To be sure, Elijah comes and will restore all things. 12 But I tell you, Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him, but have done to him everything they wished. In the same way the Son of Man is going to suffer at their hands.” 13 Then the disciples understood that he was talking to them about John the Baptist.

LIAR even your bible calls it Israel and that was not written until the 4C C.E. It is you that needs to read up on history and stop LYING all the time

LIAR it existed during the Roman conquest as the Roman historians tell us. It is only in the islamonazi propaganda history books that Israel stopped existing.

Now we can expect a long winded pack of lies manipulated to agree with monte and his racist claims

Attempting to equate the Roman province of Palestine with modern Palestine is intentionally deceitful.

The taking on of a name and using that as proof of ownership or sovereignty since antiquity is equally deceitful.

It is especially deceitful when used in conjunction with denying a connection of the Jewish people to that place.

How can a fact be deceitful. The Romans named the province Palaestina.

What Jewish people? Judaism is a religion, a Peruvian of Inca descent can convert to Judaism. What right would he/she have to displace a native of the land of Palestine? No more right than the Europeans that colonized the area and displaced many the native people.

A fact is deceitful when you are on an Israel/Palestine board discussing politics and you bring up the name of a Roman province from antiquity with no clear indication of the distinction between the modern term of Palestine (meaning the wanna-be sovereign State bringing about the self-determination of the Arabs who live in a particular territory) and the name of a political territory from antiquity which went by various names in different times but has absolutely NO connection or bearing on the current conflict.

The people living in the Roman province of Palestine are the ancestors of the people that were living in Palestine when the European Zionists initiated their invasion. That they converted to Christianity and Islam does not change who the people are.

Oh enough of trying to draw simple lines like that as though that is the whole story and gives Arabs exclusive rights to sovereignty in the territory. Facts: The people currently living in the territory are a mixture of those with ancestors going back to antiquity, those who invaded and conquered, those who migrated, those who returned (who have ancestors going back to antiquity).

If you are so eager to solve the problem -- start working on solutions instead of constantly trying to deny the Jewish people rights to the territory.

European and Russian jews have no inherent rights to Palestine

I have pointed out that there are three solutions, the ethnic cleansing of the native people, the elimination of the native people via successful genocide or the integration of the native people into the society and state of the current rulers.

Poorly articulated, naive and absent any need for real consideration. The genocide™ slogan is classic yatteting from the ignorant propagandists.

There are other solutions. Obviously they're not much of a topic for consideration at your madrassah.
