While it is true that according to the Bible homosexuality is a sin...……….it also says to judge not, lest ye be judged.

That don't fly, the whole point of religion is to tell you the difference between right and wrong.

A Christian denomination that is "inclusive" of a group of people who are openly practicing sin, and not repenting for it, has no future.

Far too often the point of religion is to compel conformity and punish dissent – religious dogma is used to ‘justify’ ignorance, fear, bigotry, and hate, such as Christians’ unwarranted fear and hatred of gay and transgender Americans.

Even if the theories that the bible is inerrant and infallible and somehow written by the Supreme Being would be correct, there are lots of things in the "Old Testament" besides any LGBT issues, some of which have to do with sex and reproduction and some of which have to do with other issues. In the OT, there is maybe one line that has to do with gays. In the "New Testament," there is only the word of Saul/Paul, as Jesus never said a word about the subject, but said a lot on other subjects. There is no basis for singling out LGBTs for ill treatment.

No ill treatment, only a request to repent, and sin no more.

Adulterers and thieves get the exact same treatment.
