Chinas New Stealth Fighter May Use U.S. Technology | Product Design and Development

The Chinese are well-known perpetrators of industrial espionage in Western Europe and the United States, where the administration has also been increasingly aggressive in prosecuting cases of Chinese espionage.

Nice. What will they think of next?

Hope the right feels sending millions of American jobs to China was worth the investment.

It would be interesting to see what the real world performance is between the two planes.

1. Look closely at the size of the pilot in the canopy compared between the two, the J-20 seems to be much larger then the F-22 which normally means lower performance in turns and burns.

2. In addition if you Google images of both the J-20 does not appear to have trust vectoring capable exhausts. Again that would give the nod to the Raptor in terms of performance.

3. Pictures don't show avionics capabilities.

Just say'n.

I'm thinking two things are possible with rdeans thread:

A. He just now found out about the ChiComms stealth fighter.

or

B. He doesn't know the difference between a Bomber and a Fighter.

MS, that's not necessarily an "OR" situation, could very possibly be an "AND" situation - in a boolean sort of way don't-ya-know. It could also be A and B and C.

I don't think we'd be able to tell if it had them until they actually operate.

Don't worry, the Chinese will catch up. Republicans will make sure of it.

Developed by scientists and engineers. Not a lot of Republican input.

Well as long as you don't count the $20,000,000,000 spent which funded those scientists and engineers during the 80's while the Spirit was being developed. You remember who was President in the 80's and which party held the House (where the budget originates)?
