Not withstanding your suggestion that Muslims cannot get along with others and therefore are justified in militant terrorism to keep from having their numbers in Xinjiang diluted (to the point that they aren't strong enough to break away), if they are to maintain their country the way it looks today, they have to address the issue. If they do not want to maintain their country the way it looks today, they can go with your camp. I am guessing the Chinese government favors the former. Very rare is the politician who doesn't want power.
