While my mind is 100 percent made up about the 9/11 Inside-job Attacks (1, 2 and 3) and the Trinity Conspiracy (link), this China Troops Conspiracy represents an area where I continue to formulate conclusions based upon the accumulating evidence. I have many of you guys assuring everyone that 'no conspiracy exists' (my signature = beware!) and people like Roy Taylor singing a different tune entirely (bold = my emphasis):

I had a lengthy conversation with veteran police officer, Jack McLamb [homepage], yesterday about the coming invasion on America. I asked Jack if he knew of any Chinese, Russian, Cuban troop buildup along the border. His response was "Yes". Jack stated that according to his military sources, there are indeed foreign troops along the border, but not in the numbers that have been reported in panic on the internet. However, the number of troops is still large, and disturbing.

His military contacts have told him that they are not so concerned with the troops along the border as they are with the hundreds of thousands of foreign troops that are stationed at this moment at our military bases around the country who will be called out to "help and assist us during martial law" after the next terrorist attack.

We talked about "Dyncorp" [homepage] the front company for the UN peacekeeping missions who are offering our police officers $85,000.00 to $96,000.00 a year to resign from their police departments, and go overseas as UN peace keepers. Jack agreed that all this was part of the plan to send all of our military and police officers out of the country, and turn our nation over to United Nations. He then told me to "watch and count the troops that are being deployed overseas" as that will be signaling for the final takeover and open the door to the "foreign assets" that we have been promised.

Now, something extremely important: Jack laid out the plan that will be used against the citizens of the United States during Martial law, and here it is. When the next terrorist attack occurs, the foreign troops will be deployed, and the cities will be sealed off, along with the suburbs. However, the government has adopted a new policy to "Not deploy troops to the rural areas". The reason? They are going to allow the riots and the masses from the cities, illegal immigrants, street gangs, looters, thieves, motorcycle gangs, etc., to leave the cities and the suburbs, to go out and rape, pillage, kill, rob and steal from the families that live out in the rural areas and the farming communities (story continues).

The carefully orchestrated U.S. Economic Implosion this fall (my thread) will lead to a second 9/11-like attack (nuke this time), which my Inside-job Terrorist Model says will take place in the northeastern quadrant of Oakland, California (map). These troops are not sitting south of the border, like many suspect, but they are already in position on our own military bases (pic) making ready to enforce Martial Law on unsuspecting Americans just like you. The sad fact is that when the little boy comes running through town yelling "Wolf!!!," that a percentage of the population goes right back to sleep. There is something to this China/Military/Foreign Troops conspiracy, even if Larry Nichols is off on some of the details. My investigation of this "China Invading Mexico" conspiracy has taken a turn to begin looking seriously at "foreign troops on US soil" (google) and "foreign troops in America" (google) in combination with the "Martial Law in America" (google).

Listen very carefully to Obama's choice of terms relating to "Nato" and U.S./Global "Security," because this is the key to understanding the true motivation of his puppeteers:

McKeon Fears 2010 QDR To Scale Back 'China Threat'

The top Republican on the U.S. House Armed Services Committee said on Jan. 13 he is worried the Obama administration's first Quadrennial Defense Review will "downgrade" China's military build-up as a threat to the United States.

"When we receive the QDR, I will be looking closely at any changes to the [Defense] Department's assessment of China," Rep. Howard "Buck" McKeon of California said in a prepared statement delivered at the start of a hearing on security developments related to China.

"My fear is that we will downgrade the China threat in an attempt to justify last year's and future cuts to key defense programs," McKeon said.

He pointed to the Pentagon's 2006 QDR and last year's DoD report to Congress on China's military, saying both analyses concluded the Asian powerhouse is the one nation that likely could compete with the U.S. military.

McKeon noted that the 2006 and 2009 Pentagon studies said China has been fielding more advanced weapons, including fighters, submarines, access-denial systems, and space and cyber systems.

"If the conclusion is the same as it was in 2006, then I expect the president's [2011 defense] budget to invest in the necessary capabilities to execute our contingency plans in Asia," McKeon said. "This is the type of strategic reassurance our allies need and is the key to stability in Asia."

The administration is completing the 2010 QDR, which will be delivered to Congress and unveiled in early February. The strategic review is expected to cover a long list of issues, including China's growing military and economic prowess.

The China Threat is very real, as the USA continues to decline into a third-world nation. Everything will make perfect sense, when the Obama declares Medical Martial Law (H1N1 Mutates) and foreign troops begin setting up roadblocks and checkpoints around every major metropolitan area in the Fascist State of CanAmeriMexico.
