The U.S.
Chinese are very touchy, it seems.

China admonished the United States on Monday for sending its ambassador in India to a contested stretch of land on the India-China border, warning that a third party's meddling would only complicate the dispute between Beijing and New Delhi.

China claims more than 90,000 sq km (35,000 sq miles) of territory disputed by India in the eastern sector of the Himalayas. Much of that forms the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh, which China calls South Tibet.

U.S. Ambassador to India Richard Verma posted photos on his Twitter account on Oct. 21 of his recent trip to Arunachal Pradesh, thanking Indian officials for their "warm hospitality" and calling the region a "magical place".

I don't even understand why they have this territorial dispute!
They should split that territory in two parts and everybody would be happy! ;)

Territorial disputes never end with "everyone happy." Then again, that is the essence of compromise.

China has had border disputes with pretty much all the countries it has borders with, a lot of the disputes have been solved (but not all):
China and its Neighbours: troubled relations

I think they don't want to seem weak, but on the other hand they also don't interfere in the internal politics of most countries.

Most of those claims have been settled, except for India, Bhutan, North Korea, Taiwan and territorial waters claims.

Most of China's territorial disputes are not resolved. What is entertaining is that China claims entire South China Sea and East China Sea; this puts China at odds with rest of the world (roughly anybody who needs to transit through those seas).

As we know now that new Philippine government is anti-US and pro-China. So Philippines is dropping its claim on Paracel Islands. This is pathetic because UN Tribunal not too long ago ruled in favor of Philippines on the issue of Paracel Islands.

A destroyer of US navy just sailed through South China Sea just to make sure China does not get too cocky.
