Palestinian goofball terrorists targeted a school bus and wounded two. This is despicable, and most folks seem to be right on this issue.


However, some small minority do think that because a minority of Palestinians are goofball cowards all Palestinians are goofball cowards. This is not good.

While I would agree that the folks in Gaza are responsible for the government they selected (under coercion, it seems, but still....) that does not excuse going overboard on this.

Hamas = Dirtbag Cool.

Palestinian = Dirtbag very un cool.

Fatah lost the Palestinian elections (including Gaza and the West Bank)

The winners govern Gaza and the losers rule the West Bank.

It is interesting that the losers are ruling the West Bank.

I'd agree with that. However, it's also sometimes difficult to tell thei difference because of how young they indoctrinate them.

Indoctrination only goes so far. Then it looses its effectiveness or backfires. As was the story of the Hitler Youth (A playpen for moronic bullies that seems to have left the Germans who went through it with a huge anti nazi passion) and the Komsomol. 70 years of indoctrination left Russia more anti socialist than it was in 1917. And the indoctrination that went on before that wasn't so effective either.

Individual people make individual choices, and each person should be judged on the choices they make, rather than bigoted wholesale assignments.

I would be happier if the Palestinians manned up about the whole situation, rather than engaged in cargo cultism. But it is just one more thing that if folks in the mid east smartened up a bit, the world would be a happier place. But one jerk does not mean all are jerks.
