Something to note, the prevailing theory on the cause Dissociative Identity Disorder (previously called Multiple Identity Disorder) is that a large number of these cases are therapy induced.

Therapists, trying to locate memories of childhood trauma to explain the symptoms, actually implant traumatic memories of events that never occurred to suggestible patients.

One reason for that we've run into here locally is restrictions on mobile restaurant type operations by orgs who want to serve hot meals to the homeless and children in various projects and poverty ridden areas; they're harassed by inspectors and traffic police no end, mostly due to complaints by businesses in the area. They try and park near parks and the like in order to reach their target demographics and they're immediately swarmed by the city police, mostly the large urban shitholes run by Democrats and minorities, of course. Apparently some local schools rake in some big subsidy dollars based on numbers served as well and don't like the competition for the crap dog food they serve kids in their 'free breakfast and lunch' scams.
