If you have a grown son/daughter, can you go back and get a court ordered DNA test to establish paternity and get back-paid child support for the 1st 18 years?

yes. well you can here.
One of my good friends growing up had to go through all of that. Started getting child support at 19.
He gave her a lump sum and made payments for a few years.

The better question is....can the DA continue to make a father pay child support to the mother of a grown man that has kids of his own and he is not a tard? Why yes. They can.

If the child is of legal age THEY can sue for back child support but you can't.

That makes no sense. What a bunch of malarky!

Check the laws of your state. Been there, done that. State of Missouri is three years after child reaches legal age and the state of Washington is seven.

Child support is court assigned debt and only awarded to the parent for age reasons. Legally in fact the money BELONGS to the child YOU are just the legal guardian of it. When the child reaches legal age THEY can enforce THEIR right to collect a court ordered debt.

This is contradicted by the fact, that mothers can use child support payments owed to them when they apply for credit. If the child support is the child's money and not the mother's money, then why are mothers allowed to use it for credit?

Looks like child support is the same little dirty idea as when some sweat shop owner decides that all his slaves owe him a $100 for a can of soup.

How low will the US economy and job market need to sink, before it becomes obvious to the general public, that child support and alimony are nothing but extortion.

Until the public realizes this, women will continue to have children for their own benefit, and against the will of any man involved.
