Child Killers Celebrated as Heroes by Barbaric Palestinian Animals

See, this is where you talk just like a terrorist supporting moron. By your standards then everytime any conducts a bombing raid of the enemy city then it is the same. That includes all the bombing raids in World War I and II and all the other wars after. You haven't proven anything other than Israel is guilty of what the US and about 100 countries have done in the past, GOING. TO WAR. Idiot.

Bombing of civilians,Is a War crime, which you agree Israel is guilty of :clap2:
Bombing of enemy cities, targetting their valuable military and communication facilities has been part of every war the last 80 years. You must have rocks in your head not to understand this simple concept. It is not the same as someone planning and then walking into a pizza restaurant and blowing themselves up massacring all the women and children. As much as you'd like it to be, to justify Muslim savagery and barbarism it isn't. You Islamo terrorist lovers keep repeating this mantra as if anybody is falling for it, other than Islamic or neo nazi morons like yourself.

ARTICLE XXII

Aerial bombardment for the purpose of terrorizing the civilian population, of destroying or damaging private property not of military character, or of injuring non-combatants is prohibited.
ARTICLE XXIV

(1) Aerial bombardment is legitimate only when directed at a military objective, that is to say, an object of which the destruction or injury would constitute a distinct military advantage to the belligerent.

(2) Such bombardment is legitimate only when directed exclusively at the following objectives: military forces; military works; military establishments or depots; factories constituting important and well-known centres engaged in the manufacture of arms, ammunition or distinctively military supplies; lines of communication or transportation used for military purposes.

(3) The bombardment of cities, towns, villages, dwellings or buildings not in the immediate neighborhood of the operations of land forces is prohibited. In cases where the objectives specified in paragraph 2 are so situated, that they cannot be bombarded without the indiscriminate bombardment of the civilian population, the aircraft must abstain from bombardment.

(4) In the immediate neighborhood of the operations of land forces, the bombardment of cities, towns, villages, dwellings or buildings is legitimate provided that there exists a reasonable presumption that the military concentration is sufficiently important to justify such bombardment, having regard to the danger thus posed to the civilian population.

(5) A belligerent state is liable to pay compensation for injuries to person or to property caused by violation by any of its officers or forces of the provisions of this article.

Which Israel did not do. But That is all Hamas animals and Muslims do. Massacre civilians, including fellow Muslims. Last week the Sunni's massacred about a 100 of your fellow Shiites during worship in the middle of a major Shi'ite religious holiday in Iraq. That doesn't seem to bother you, but Israel going after the same animals that massacre innocents like this, DOES?

Islamists R animals. (no insult to animals)

Who was Asher Palmer? An illegal extremist settler living unlawfully in Hebron, who died in a car accident that an Apartheid Court held Palestinians were responsible for. We will never know the truth about whether the Palestinians were guilty of any crime with respect to the incident. This man's life illustrates how we reap what we sow. The man had no business living on stolen land in the OPT, he was born in the US. Poor byby, dying for his father's crimes.

Um.....would you like to do some research on the shelling of Beirut in 1982, and re-write this?

What an absolutely staggering claim....

Saigon,

Israel killed 17000, mostly civilians, in Lebanon, in 1982, mostly in air bombings. Robert Fisk writes about this, in detail, in Pity The Nation.

They even bombed a synagogue in Beirut, in Wadi Abu Jamil, I guess Israel desired to ethnically cleanse Lebanon of Jewish civilians, too.

The Jews of Lebanon « Al-Bayt Baytak

Sherri

Indeed. It is a period of Israeli history that I find most Israelis can be honest about - but most of those here who consider themselves pro-Israeli can not.

There's been a few good books on this - David Gilmour's 'Lebanon, Fractured Nation' is also well worth reading.
Eh America went to war in Vietnam, it may have not turned out the right, but the reasons and intentions were. A lot of countries go to war.

During the Vietnam war the NVA shot down fighter plane and bombers . Our planes couldn't strafe or bomb the AA batteries because they were situated atop schools, hospitals, dams, levees and any place that would hold civilians. There were many restrictions the US adhered to at the cost of many lives and POWs. I know the IAF and IDF follow the same guidelines. Don't get me started about the human shields the 'Freedom Fighters' use.

Irrelevant. I can show hundreds of clips of cities being bombed by various countries. It will all look pretty much the same. Iran shit missiles at Iraq and Iraq shot missiles at Iran. They were at war. You should know this, as an Iranian Islamist Hezbollahi bacheh koony. Over a million died in both sides. Again why is Israel not allowed to defend itself like all other nations. Because a Jew is fighting Muslim terrorist animals, it suddenly becomes illegal.

Don't forget they use ambulances as weapons and terrorist carrying vehicles, and of course using their own women and children as human shields which they have been cited by UN and other human rights agencies many times, for crimes against humanity.

The US killed millions of innocent civilians in Vietnam, which was a colossal mistake. It was Seymour Hersch who exposed many of our intentional civilian massacres. It is not any more right when the US does it.

Mai Lai, Vietnam, the Mai Lai Massacre is where the US slaughtered 500 unarmed civilians.

IF you have ever served, you will of course know the Answer to that as you too would Have read the Geneva convention, supplemented by Your own Rules of engagement

Wow, now IslamoTerrorist lovers are experts on rules of warfare. The same rules Muslims seem to have absolutely no regards for. Checked on how Assad is following those same rules? 12,000 of his fellow civilians have been slaughtered and counting so far. Eh it doesn't count, no Jews involved in that one. Yes, but let's of course talk about those "rule" following Muslims. Especially the Palestinians. Now we know they're really observant of "rules". Ha ha ha!

Yea I read about Syria over in the Forum dedicated to that area, this is however the Israel forum.
depending on the perspective of a state's government, a resistance movement may or may not be labelled a terrorist group based on whether the members of a resistance movement are considered lawful or unlawful combatants and their right to resist occupation is recognized.[5] Ultimately, the distinction is a political judgment.
