Cheney Praise Anwar Al-Awlaki Killing, Say Obama Owes Bush Administration An Apology

Actually..there is an Arrest warrant for Cheney..

Nigeria to charge Dick Cheney in $180 million bribery case, issue Interpol arrest warrant | The Raw Story

And Clinton's sanctions went through the UN and the proper channels. The fact that Iraq was so messed up it couldn't take care of it's own people or get any help is a testament to Hussien's lousy regime.

Iran and Cuba have been under far worse sanctions with very little effect.

Bush went through all the proper channels for the invasion. He got an authorization from Congress, he got a UN resolution. If that's your excuse, it's kind of lame.

And seriously, a third world shithole issuing an arrest warrent for Cheney is like a dog chasing a car. the real comedy is if he actually catches it.

He didn't get any authorization. Powell left the UN with his tail between his legs. It was an embarrassment. They used an "authorization" that was put up by Bush's father. And in any case, the justification for the invasion turned out to be completely false.

Nigeria got their warrant..and interpol can legally arrest Cheney. Shithole or not.

So neither one of you two can come up with a valid reason for Obama to apologize to Bush/Cheney?

You mean other than ripping them for all these policies, he's kept the same policies and even upped them a bit?

What has Obama changed since he took office. He got out of Iraq on Bush's schedule. He escalated drone attacks, he didn't close GitMo, he didn't stop enhanced interrogation, he escalated in Afghanistan, he started a war in Libya.

It reminds me of when liberals got upset during the Clinton Inaguration when some fighter jets did a fly over, and someone announced, "But those are our jets, now."

The thing is, I have no problem with that. I think he's being the grownup in the room. (Actually, I think the best thing about Obama is that he ceded national security issues to Hillary and Gates and Panetta, people who knew what they were doing.)

He got out of Iraq on HIS schedule. He is the POTUS. There is not one thing that he has done that Bush gets credit for. He did escalate drone attacks. Unlike Bush, he has actually gotten some results. He didn't close Gitmo because of Republican obstructionism. He didn't start a war in Libya. You're either a liar or you're clueless. The situation in Libya is a civilian uprising that NATO gave assistance to. Let's see a link to your evidence that Obama supports or has authorized torture to as an interrogation technique.

See what happens when you write the truth. They stop writing back or they just call you names.

He got out of Iraq on HIS schedule. He is the POTUS.

He hasn't pulled them out one day earlier than what Bush and Maliki agreed to. He just benefited from the hard work of others, accomplishments that wouldn't have happened had President Bush listened to SENATOR Obama.

There is not one thing that he has done that Bush gets credit for. He did escalate drone attacks. Unlike Bush, he has actually gotten some results.

Bush got results, too. I can go into a fairly impressive list of terrorists that Bush has captured or killed, some of whom we've been after for decades. The point you avoid is that Obama's "we need to understand the terrorist" meme that he espoused as a Senator got forgotten when he became President. (Maybe they'll revoke his peace prize.)

Which wasn't our business or NATO's business. That's the point.

Don't do links.

Panetta admitted enhanced interrogation techniques led to getting Bin Laden.

Yup, after we rename it "Smoking Hole in the Ground", they could do that. Works for me.

Read up on UN Resolution 1441. It authorizes the use of force without another vote from the UN.

So neither one of you two can come up with a valid reason for Obama to apologize to Bush/Cheney?

I'll Give you one. Gitmo, Obama criticized it, and has clearly now came to realize we can't afford to close it, and good intel comes out of the place.

Here is Another, Obama Criticized Un-Manned Drone Attacks into Pakistan, saying it risked widening the war and was a cowboy move. As president he has stepped up those attacks.

You mentioned he Criticized the Build up to Invading Iraq. yet He was just able to be part of Kicking Qaddaffi out of Power, and there are Democratic Uprisings all across the Middle east right now. The Arab Spring were calling it, and you can damn well bet the Sight of Free Elections happening in Iraq helped Fuel that Fire.

Also He should apologize for Criticizing Iraq by saying there was not direct threat to us, and we should only us our Military if their is a Direct threat, and then as President he attacks Libya when there is NO direct threat, and even admits it is for Humanitarian Reasons only. Or Does he not think there were Humanitarian Reasons to remove Saddam from Power?

lol

Should I go on?

How about he just Apologize to Bush for being such a Light weight that nearly 3 years in he is still Blaming Bush for all his Problems.

We didn't need anything more than 1441. It was a mistake to even go back and ask again. Hell we didn't even Need 1441. There were 19 Resolutions he was in Violation off, he was in Violation of the Cease fire he signed with us after 91. He was Firing on US planes flying a UN flag patrolling the Now Fly Zone, and he was still Carrying out attacks on his Opposition inside the country.

We had plenty of Legitimate reason to Remove Saddam, In fact it was a mistake to even talk up WMD. It shows how soft this country has become, that despite all the compelling reasons to Remove Saddam I listed Above, Bush had to use the Threat of WMD to push Public Support over the top.

In other words, you're full of shit. Thanks for playing.

I love it. A liberal socialist President crowing over killing men willy nilly without trial called terrorists.

And liberals who would have strung up the W by now for ordering such a hit smearing this death all over their bodies.

This is freaking awesome. :clap2: I don't think it gets better than this.

Hypocrite thy name is Democrat

The Bush Administration was responsible for the deaths of over 100K innocent Iraqi civilians. They did nothing.

They are dead.

Where's the right wing on that?

yea so was Saddam.....hey just sayin.....

kinda like you who just leaves threads you start when questions about what you post start coming in....or you just ignore those questions......your shits getting old Dean....people are on to you....

The right is indifferent. Not the left. And everyone is upset about the dead Americans.

But it's the left that is correctly calling the invasion of Iraq a war crime.

And Cheney can't leave the country because of it.

Cheney and Bush leave the country all the time. Six days ago, he visited Canada.

Fact is, you guys didn't make a big deal about the Iraqis. YOu didn't care when 500K of them died due to treatable diseases during the sanctions of the Clinton years.

Actually..there is an Arrest warrant for Cheney..

Actually, no there isn't. There had been. But that matter is closed.

And it would never have been honored in any event. Political bullshit from a prosecutor in a third world nation.
