Supposedly we will see announcements of indictments today. I wait to judge until I have more information.

It seems that I read in many an article that it was common knowledge that the woman worked for the CIA in D.C. If that is true it is very doubtful any meaningful indictments will be brought to bear in this case.

Lets look at the facts, first none of us know if there will be indictments, it's all supposition on the part of the salivating press, two we don't know what the charges will even be if there are indictments handed down as Fitzgerald has kept his information close to his vest as HE SHOULD. Third none of us but Fitzgerald knows for sure if Valerie Plame was intentionally leaked, very hard to prove, and fourth none of us knows for sure if she was still undercover when this alleged leak occured and protected under the protection act.

If the investigation goes forth and it is proven that anyone purposefully leaked any CIA operatives identity then yes they are not above the law whomever they happen to be.

Are you so blinded by your politcal ideology that you think someone guilty based on what bits of supposition the press says???

His wife hadn't been undercover for 6 years at the time she was identified (Note this is outside the definition of a covert operative under the law which only forbids the outing of an agent on a covert assignment within the past 5 years).
