Not sure what it is but a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and onion, on Russian rye bread is just too good. French bread is not bad but Russian rye is the bomb. No mayonnaise, perhaps mustard now and then. Just lettuce, tomato, and onion, bread, and turkey. Tomatoes and onions sliced thick!

I can have one of these sandwiches every day and never get tired of it.

Really? Where could one try any of them?

You make it!

Get fresh onions, tomatoes, and lettuce. A sharp knife to slice the onion and tomato. Get a loaf of Russian rye; Jewish rye or Dill rye are ok as well, as well as French bread, but my taste is to Russian rye for whatever reason. Cut up the onion and tomato, you'll need two slices of each of the rounds to cover the very wide rye bread, add on either deli sliced turkey or slices of turkey you just roasted. Again, no mayonnaise or anything else, unless that is your taste. I avoid mayonnaise whenever possible. Mustard maybe on one out of 10 sandwiches.
