I remember back when I used to subscribe to the Economist, (during the Reagan admin) I used to get all sorts of goofy chacha from the RNC.

They assumed, I suppose, that most people reading the econmist must be an Republicans.

And I found that rather amusing as the Economist was often the worst critic (read the most accurate) of Reagan's economic and taxation policies.
