Census citizenship question

The SCOTUS will rule soon on the 2020 question. But in the mean time here is a clarifying article, about the 'racist' question being used in the Clinton & Obama admins, as it had been since long ago:

Trump’s Citizenship Question Is Racist? What About Clinton’s and Obama’s?
Here is to hoping the SCOTUS gets this right.

When it is discovered how many citizens there are, then congressional seats can be properly apportioned.

I"m thinking that the Dems are going to lose a large number of seats in California alone.

This is the real reason the left is screaming racist at the top of their lungs.

Apparently, the question only becomes racist when posed by the Trump administration. Why is that?

It's obvious, Trump&Co. are racists and plutocrats. Give less to the communities that need it, and give more to the communities which don't, in terms of revenue sharing.
I guess about as obvious as both Clinton and Obama are racists, then.
I ask, what specifically is being given to communities that need less. And, what is "revenue sharing"? Whose revenue is being shared with whom? And why should anyone share their revenue with anyone not of their choosing?

S1 Pot holes fixed in affluent communities and not in poor communites

S2 Revenue sharing is a government unit’s apportioning of part of its tax income to other units of government.

S3 Federal revenue is shared and apportioned by government policies to states and smaller units of government via grants (see the Federal Register)

S4 For many reasons (you must be one of those Callous Conservatives and a Libertarian)

And if SCOTUS finds it far right as you wish, it will create chaos - something Trump&Co's only forte.

Among the Democrats, it sure will.

The supporters of Trump need to focus on today, and not dwell on the past - they need to learn from the past and move on and not make the mistakes of the past continue into the future.
I accept this as your admission that you're a hypocritical piece of crap.

Oh, I'm crushed. Now go do what the DICK Cheney told that Senator to do, and F Yourself.
Man, you really hate it when people don't kiss your ass, don't you?

Among democrats, not the party, those who believe in the separation of powers which has allowed our nation to last for over two centuries.

The position is not far right. You are too far left.

This fails as a red herring fallacy.

This issue is Trump’s bad faith inclusion of the ‘citizenship’ question, a clear effort to intimidate immigrants perceived to be likely Democratic voters, and to undercount the population of blue states, such as California, and keep off the voting rolls likely Democratic voters in red states that may soon become blue, such as Texas and Florida.

The ‘citizenship’ question is nothing but partisan politics by the right; the Trump administration couldn’t care less about ensuring the right to vote.

Your question is answered in your first phrase, Trump is a racist, and knows he will never get the vote of minority voters. He needs to win the H. of Rep. back, since then the GOP will once again gerrymander and give him and the Republican Party sole power, and he can solidify his desire to be a King.

It seems that Trump supporters and those who have remain loyal to the Republican Party have forgotten the words written down in the Declaration of Independence.

The ‘citizenship’ question is yet another example of the right’s desire to suppress votes and maintain Republican minority rule.

That's funny. When the Declaration was written, you would have informed on the Revolutionaries to the Crown.

As usual, you are exactly wrong.
