Cementing Our Support with Gaza

Hamas and all other resistance groups in Palestine and around the world have the legal right under international law to resist occupation.

When might we expect you to open a law book?

You are clueless.

You are The Forum Dunce.

Maybe, Hammad needs to get his head out of his camel's ass and realize that Israel is entitled, under international law, to respond militarily to Hamas aggression, violence and terrorism perpetrated against Israeli civilians.

Actually, international law repeatedly condemns Israel for its repeated attacks on Palestinians and Israel's other Arab neighbors, most often specifically in regard to its illegal occupation of Palestinian and Arab territory and violence against the civilian populations in those territories. In fact, Israel's attacks which knowingly and intentionally terrorize and punish the entire population of Gaza in order to advance what Israel has admitted is its political goal of "regime change" - this is in fact the textbook definition of terrorism.

International law also explicitly condemns Israel's continued illegal occupation of Palestinian and other Arab lands, and in its ongoing colonization and attempted annexation of those occupied lands.

Hamas's charter, its clerics and leaders, explicitly call for the destruction of Israel and genocide against Jews.

BS. There is nothing about genocide in the so-called Hamas "charter."

And the Likud (Israel's ruling political party) charter says the same stuff about destroying a Palestinian state, as I've already posted. Get some fresh material.

Hamas, in fact, was formed to destroy Israel.

BS. Hamas was formed as an Islamic political party to compete with Arafat's mostly secular Fatah. Israel helped fund Hamas in the early days before it developed a military branch, because Israel felt it would be not only useful in dividing Palestinian unity, but also to advance Israel's continuing attempt to portray the Israeli-Palestinian conflict not as a specific dispute over land, but rather as part of some broader Jewish-Muslim conflict.

Every war and conflict between Arabs and Israelis has been initiated and provoked by Arab Muslim monsters since the 7th century when Muhammad the Pedophile Prophet beheaded 800 Medinan Jews.

You can always keep trolling if you can't debate the subject...

Except, there has never been even an indictment of one Israeli by the ICC.

Thus, you don't even know what the fuck you're talking about.

And, you do not know what occupation is.

The West Bank is not sovereign Arab land and, thus, cannot be occupied.

Furthermore, Pallies are not signatories to Hague and Geneva Conventions governing occupation.

Further, still, Pallies are in flagrant violation of Hague and Geneva law in providing safe haven to terrorists and in terrorizing Israeli civilians.

Lastly, the only legally enforceable international provision pertaining to the matter is the binding Palestine Mandate permitting Jewish settlement throughout Palestine...

Article 6...
The Administration of Palestine, while ensuring that the rights and position of other sections of the population are not prejudiced, shall facilitate Jewish immigration under suitable conditions and shall encourage, in co-operation with the Jewish agency referred to in Article 4, close settlement by Jews on the land, including State lands and waste lands not required for public purposes.

International law also explicitly condemns Israel's continued illegal occupation of Palestinian and other Arab lands, and in its ongoing colonization and attempted annexation of those occupied lands.

You just made this up, Abdullah.

Palestine is sovereign Israeli land under the tenets of the binding San Remo Resolution establishing Palestine as the Jewish National Home.

The Ottoman Turks, in fact, owned Palestine for 400 years and transferred sovereignty over Palestine to the World War I Allies in signing the Treaty of Sevres, after collapse of the Ottoman Empire.

There is no Arab land in Palestine. Most Arabs were tenant farmers during Ottoman rule and leased land from the Sultanate.

Tenant farmers have no property rights, Abdullah. Allah is not so great, after all.

BS. There is nothing about genocide in the so-called Hamas "charter."

You haven't read the Hamas Charter, Abdullah. It explicitly calls for death of Jews worldwide.

Read the charter, Abdullah.

And the Likud (Israel's ruling political party) charter says the same stuff about destroying a Palestinian state, as I've already posted. Get some fresh material.

The Likud Party does not call for death of Arabs, Abdullah. Stop being an ignorant Arab.

Sharon first agreed to negotiating Pallie statehood. Sharon withdrew from Gaza. Bibi is on record as being agreeable to a Pallie state.

Pallies have rejected Israeli statehood.

Wrong, Abdullah. Hamas is Arabic for Islamic Resistance Movement. Who do you think Hamas is "resisting", Abdullah? (answer: Israel)

You can always keep trolling if you can't debate the subject...

Fail, Abdullah. The facts clearly show that Arabs and Muslims have been at the center of more wars and strife than any other people in history.

The world community V the international community.

This should be interesting.

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)-- John Ging, the director of UNRWA operations in Gaza Strip, has called for breaking the siege on Gaza through sending ships, which was met with shock on the part of Israel.

Ging, speaking in an interview with a Norwegian newspaper, said that the world community should assume its responsibility in this issue and discuss means of breaking the siege in a practical manner away from mere statements.

He recommended sending European ships to the Gaza coast, adding that Israel would not intercept them because it would not fire at European vessels.

Israeli officials expressed shock at what it called an "unprecedented statement" by a UN official that carried grave consequences.

They said that Tel Aviv would officially protest to the UN and would demand clarification on how could an official UN representative ask European countries to send ships to Gaza, which they described as "illegal", without pre-coordination with Israel.

Ging champions breaking Israeli siege on Gaza via sea route
