The New York Knicks were anxious to get rid of point guard Nate Robinson(notes) back in December when he and coach Mike D'Antoni were having a disagreement about his playing time.

Now he's been getting some time on the court and supplying some points so the team might not want to part with him so quickly. But the Boston Celtics apparently have an interest in adding him to their roster, according to CelticsHub.com who heard it on the radio from Yahoo! Sports' Marc Spears.

The word was that the Celtics would have to include a first-round draft pick for a deal to be done.

What say you basketball fans and especially fellow Celtics fans?
