CBS/NYT POLL: Romney 46 Obama 43

Who pays for the polls, and who benefits from news on the polls? Follow the money and ignore Dr.'s without common sense

I was quoting a CNN poll--which is very telling about what is going on with Obama over the gay marriage issue.

The media seemed to put a lot of stock in their polls when it showed Obama ahead of three or four Republican challengers. Now that its one on one, it looks different. Perhaps an indication that the factions opposing Obama are starting to gel?

Rasmussen had John McCain beating Obama by TEN POINTS on September 5th 2008.

How'd that work out???

Apparently RealClearPolitics doesn't consider it meaningless...

It makes for fun headlines....see above post for actual facts.

IOW, it's not meaningless to everyone...

Fact...

Your idea of what is or isn't meaningless when it comes to polling seems to have changed with a partisan shift in the wind:

From a couple years ago, when Reid was leading your tea party retard Sharron Angle:

"I will go on record that a poll supporting either candidate in the NV race in July is near meaningless..."
