This is two years old but interesting that they admitted it

Catholic organizations have for decades fought to change federal and state laws that fail to protect “unborn persons,” and Catholic Health’s lawyers in this case had the chance to set precedent bolstering anti-abortion legal arguments. Instead, they are arguing state law protects doctors from liability concerning unborn fetuses on grounds that those fetuses are not persons with legal rights.

In Malpractice Suit, Catholic Hospital Argues Fetuses Are Not People

I am curious. I wonder how they feel about people who have not been born of the spirit yet?

What an ignorant dingbat.

Seriously.
If you think that my questioning a so called religious entity makes me an "ignorant dingbat" who is the real dingbat here. Get into the mirror as you are in need.

Do you mean a spiritual entity?
You do know the difference between religion and spirituality, yes?
It doesn't appear so in your posts.

Since humankind is made of both I find no need to separate the two for those who are unaware.
An entity with an association by religious affiliation or affinity that is using a Word to justify their own existence should be up for anyone to question it or its motives.

The catholic hospital is right. The Bible and Psalm 13 don't say that it would be people. It all depends on which dog you put your money on, not theology.

Bit awkward. :) Like when they got caught owning an erotic book publishing company or something a few years back.

Who is "they?" What group of Roman Catholics were engaged in a publishing company that specialized in erotic content?

Revealed: publisher owned by the Catholic Church sells pornography

"Germany's biggest Catholic-owned publishing house has been rocked by disclosures that it has been selling thousands of pornographic novels with titles such as Sluts Boarding School and Lawyer's Whore with the full assent of the country's leading bishops.

The revelations made in the publishing-industry newsletter Buchreport concern Weltbild, a company with an annual €1.7bn (£1.5bn) turnover and 6,400 employees. It is Germany's largest bookseller after Amazon and wholly owned by the Catholic Church.

Buchreport revealed that Weltbild's massive assortment of titles available to customers online includes some 2,500 "erotic" books with unmistakably lewd titles including Call Me Slut!, Take Me Here, Take Me Now! and Lawyer's Whore, to name a few. The publisher's website also pictures the titles' lascivious dust jackets that feature colour photographs of scantily clad women in high heels and erotic underwear."

"In June 2013, Weltbild ran into controversy when they notified Canadian based publishing house Icon Empire Press that they would no longer be carrying their book titles. Weltbild informed the publishing house that they were owned by the Diocese of the Catholic Church of Germany and the book titles carried by Icon Empire Press did not meet the standards of traditional values."

Idiot.

Caught? Do you know how to read? Dear Lord... try it, vs. having Bill Maher define an issue for you.

Imbecile.

Can't have it both ways, except in America.
