The vast majority of lawsuits don't go before judges, they get settled out of court. The attorney fees to go to court are usually higher than a settlement. That and the casino probably doesn't want the bad press.

I've already made my opinion on that clear Jillian. Yes, I believe if a business owner chooses to be a bogoted jerk it's his business and he should have that right. I certainly don't agree that they are right in doing so, but I do believe they have the right to be an asshole. I absolutely think portions of the Civil Liberty Act are unconstitutional.
