My first reaction to this was the same as Brain's. If you are religious, and wear a burka, what are you doing in a casino? Are you there to see the the show? you want a drink?

No way,no how would any rational casino allow someone in with their face covered. Period.

Casinos take security VERY seriously, and they have to with literally millions of dollars worth of chips and cash in plain view.
