Ah, when defying federal law bites back in this twofold poetic irony...

Meanwhile in Petaluma and outlying areas there are bands of thieves hitting pot grows. 20 guesses which nationality they are and if they are enjoying protected status for the crimes. It is a bizarre world in the land of the golden sun. 5 Arrested, 4 Sought In Series Of Petaluma Home Invasion Robberies

Notice in the video the reporter says there are eyewitnesses to the pistol-whipping, invasion and home robbery by "the people" who committed the crimes. They kept saying "the people"..."the people"...giving no physical description whatsoever, yet asking for help. How the fuck do people help when no physical description whatsoever is given of suspects who were seen and clearly described to the police?

It's a rhetorical question. Because if they were white, they would be described down to the color of their undershorts.

The problem with this is that in the California Constitution, law enforcement officers are supposed to exercise "good faith" in protecting potential or actual victims of crime. Seeing as how they had a description of the suspects and WITHHELD that description from other citizens in what the police were calling an ongoing crime spree, means the police are actively suppressing protection of the citizens by refusing to give physical descriptions of the suspects. There was even a "shelter in place" warning to all the residents in surrounding areas of the crime wave.

"Shelter in place and be on the lookout...for...you know...people...driving some cars..." Watch the video, it's amazing.

Article I, Section 28 of the CA Constitution: Codes Display Text

(e) As used in this section, a “victim” is a person who suffers direct or threatened physical, psychological, or financial harm as a result of the commission or attempted commission of a crime or delinquent act. The term “victim” also includes the person’s spouse, parents, children, siblings, or guardian, and includes a lawful representative of a crime victim who is deceased, a minor, or physically or psychologically incapacitated. The term “victim” does not include a person in custody for an offense, the accused, or a person whom the court finds would not act in the best interests of a minor victim.

By withholding suspect descriptions from the public, the involved police/media acting on police direction put the citizenry at undue risk and are guilty of negligence to protect.

The point is that pot growers (who are violating federal law) are being hurt by alleged illegal aliens (who violate federal law) and the Police are violating federal law by not releasing descriptions to the public and the media? The Golden State is a mess.

Well not sure about federal law on that last point. But they are definitely violating their own State's Constitution Article I, Section 28 by telling people to shelter in place on an ongoing crime spree, having a physical identification of the suspects from eyewitnesses, and then withholding that identification to protect the suspects in preference to their next potential victims.

You should really read the whole article before coming up with your bonkers theories. If you had, you wouldn't have missed this part of the story:

Police said the four outstanding suspects — described as four adult black males in dark clothing — appeared to have left the area.

You were saying?

Please point to the time signature in the video from the link in the OP where the reporter described the suspects as adult black males? Maybe in fairness I missed that in the footage. Most people commuting or whatever are LISTENING to reports, not reading them.

It's called lawless.

Who the fuck cares whether people listen to reports while they're commutting?

Your entire (racist) point is disproven. The entire topic of this thread is a lie. There's no need to keep digging yourself deeper.

The people robbing these grow ops aren't "illegals".

No, the point is that rightwing nitwits are a mess, the consequence of their ignorance and stupidity - this ridiculous thread premise being one such example.

No physical description?

As always.....you are just idiotic.

You can't expect Silhouette to be responsible for reading the citations she provides- or for truthfully describing what is in the article.

Well the point is that nothing you described has anything to do with the OP.
