“White voters” who sit “in front of their TVs drinking beer” and are concerned with mass immigration to the United States are not a priority, the organizer of a 7,000-strong migrant caravan says.

In an interview with USA Today, an open borders activist traveling with the migrant caravan of previously deported illegal aliens and job-seekers says he has no time to “worry about white voters” in America:

Rodrigo Abeja, a Pueblo Sin Fronteras activist traveling with the migrants, said there were concerns about timing the caravan’s arrival to the U.S. border at about the same time as the midterm elections. But he still felt a duty to help the migrants. [Emphasis added]
“It’s more important to accompany the caravan … than worry about white voters, sitting in front of their TV’s drinking beer,” he told USA Today. [Emphasis added]

Less than six months ago, a similar migrant caravan was allowed to cross into the U.S. with weak asylum claims despite threats from President Trump to close down the border. Many migrants from that caravan are now illegal aliens living in the U.S. as they await their asylum hearings.

TRUMP let the latest batch on illegal aliens in, not Obama. He let them in and them released them for court dates that will never happen. And it will happen again. 1. Many Obama policies had a deleterious effect on immigration courts: in 2011, ICE put in place prosecutorial discretion for removal of illegals, and set limits on such cases and made clear that the Obama administration did not want any but the most serious of the law-breakers to be removed...leaving millions to roam free.....and to vote.

So much for the oath taken by immigration judges to follow the law.


2. Obama policies gave aliens with non-meritorious claims incentives to fight their cases, clogging the court system even more......exactly as it was aimed to do: those who would have accepted removal could demand continuances in with the view that Obama's limits on removal would apply to them.


3. President Trump has made clear that he actually intends to enforce the law, and to expand detention. The number of orders for removal have increased by 27.8%.

Hence, the effect of an administration that is going to enforce immigration laws...which the prior administraton made clear they were not going to do.




4 Bear in mind the actions of Liberal federal judges: in the 9th circuit, decisions have increased the numbers of illegal who can remain in the country, and inhibit the activities of immigration judges, encourage frivolous claims, and demands for reopening settled cases.

All of these actions make certain that illegals get to remain in the country....largely on the largesse of tax payers.....for 5 or 6 years longer than deportation should require....That means that the illegal gets to stay in the united states, and can now claim to have 'roots' here.

5.Illegal immigrants had little to fear from ICE under the Obama administration.


6. It must be said here that immigration courts are not article 3 courts, those formed via the Constitution, they are administrative courts, in which aliens have extensive rights...represented by council, to see the evidence, due process rights....etc.


But....even when a removal decision is made, the Obama administration has resisted removal: unenforced removal orders left over from the previous administration is 953,000.
