"Celebrating their 5th year of free living".

Barb and Lisa Brennen, Chicago IL are rejoicing their good fortune one again this year.
Like many children of elderly parents, Barb and Lisa learned of the often abused loophole in home-based healthcare that pays a sibling up to $15 per hour for providing care to an elderly parent. But that is not all of their fortune. 4 years ago they discovered that not only could one of the sisters get that $15 per hour, but if the parent signs a form saying they are not getting the care they need - and "switch" to a different sibling - the other sister can and often does receive unemployment AT THE SAME TIME.
