Yeah, you get more pm space when you subscribe. After your subscription lapses, you are over your pm limit. Once the payment goes through, you can pm again.

If your paypal acct. isn't working, delete your pms and it will then allow you to pm.

Alternatively, you could create a new login ID, which would reset your PMs to ZERO.
