Up on the scaffold
The following footage has been confirmed by analysts from the BBC's well-respected motoring show Top Gear as real.

What this rider does is insanely dangerous and if caught would certainly be prosecuted. But you've got to hand it to the guy - he's a confident and precise rider, even at high speed and conditions he's riding under.

As irresponsible his actions undeniably were, and taking into account that I own and regularly ride a sportsbike, this comment from the YouTube comment sectioned summed-up how I felt about this fellow after watching his knuckle-bleaching, rush hour adventure:

You sir, have just earned your motherfucking MAN CARD, made of tool steel, razor sharp edge on all sides and a .357 magnum single-shot derringer barrel mounted underneath........Seriously, you done more in 6 minutes than I have done all my life riding and racing bikes from Suzukis to Harleys.

I'm not into crotch rockets. Try this on a big bike

I have to do the Dragon someday.

We have our own "Dragon" in Virginia - Route 211 - which is an absolute blast -

I'm in NovA. Where is 211 and what stretch?

(I have a Cooper and I love curves.)

I pick it up in Warrenton - takes you right over the mountains into Luray. It's a blast all the way up - cross the Blue Ridge Parkway - and all the way down the hill into Luray. They have signs up there warning motorcyclists of the curves, as well as rumble strips - and people still put their bikes into the guardrail. LOTS of accidents on that particular road - largely due to inexperience. Check this out http://www.motorcycleroads.us/roads/va_us211.html

 That is definitely day trip doable.

(You and I may know some of the same folks, now that I think of it.)

He won't last long if he makes a habit of this. Eventually someone won't see him coming up, and they'll make a turn in front of him.

That's the problem with a scenario like this. Doesn't matter how great a rider you are, how precise, how brave, you have to depend on everyone else to do their part.

Moscow's Black Devil.

LOL. I had a lot of fun riding along. Not something I would do personally but after watching that ... I don't need to.
