Freedom of speech is in the U.S. Constitution, so it only applies to Americans. We would like to encourage other countries to adopt our beliefs but then again we've been attacked again and again for doing so. Most in the Middle-East sneer at our freedoms because they feel they can be used against us.

And I do not support wanton destruction of embassies. Mob rule is not freedom of speech. They have the right to peacefully assemble but not to rape, pillage, and burn at will.
