why a tax on medical devices will lower health care costs?
probably because the tax will go toward paying health care costs, i'd think. just guessing
so you admit it's a shell game then.
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.
We all know that it won't , that in reality it raises costs, which is the long term plan. Once health care premiums raise out of control then they can try to get their Single payer in there to save us all. I see a very messy couple of years coming.
Simple. Obama will make medicine cheaper by making it costlier.
how is that a shell game?
and please don't put words in my mouth.
It won't. It's a penalty for the disabled in this world of perfection.
Got a broken leg? You'll have to pay a use tax on those crutches.
Legs blown up defending your country? You'll have to pay a use tax for that wheelchair.
Arm missing? Well, that artificial limb will cost you, Mac.
And so on and so forth.
because they're raising healthcare costs here, so they can lower them there.
That's a shell game.
And I didn't put words in your mouth, I simply assumed you were smart enough to understand the point.
I guess I overestimated your critical reasoning skills.
