I was wondering who else here had walked the pilgrimage, or thought of one day walking, the 800 kilometer Camino de Santiago in northern Spain.
I finished it on Friday, 14 June, 2013. It took me a little over 40 days to hike the entire expanse across the mountains and mesas.
To think, I had never heard of it until late last year when I watched the movie, "The Way," with Martin Sheen, which was about his characters walk of the Camino after his son died, and it was then that I got the idea to do it myself.
Anyway, if you know of it, and have a story to share, please do!
